Refund Policy

Before you make a purchase, please familiarize yourself with our refund policy. There are NO refunds, but if you find that you can not attend the event there are three options.

1) If space is available, we can move your ticket to another date, and as a one-time courtesy, at no charge.

2) Your purchase price can be moved to a Nevada Northern Railway Gift Card as a one-time courtesy at no charge. This gift card can be used for purchases for the amount that you had paid for anything offered by the Nevada Northern Railway Museum.

3) You can convert your purchase into a donation and/or membership to the Nevada Northern Railway Museum. We are a 501(c) non-profit organization. Your donation may be tax-deductible.

We also suggest that you investigate trip insurance to provide protection to you in case your travel plans change.
